Innovate and succeed

Bruce Nussbaum's post from April 23, ruminates about the failures of many CEOs is due to the differences between the pampered realities of their daily life and the unpampered daily lives of their employees and customers. CEOs, Nussbaum thinks, live on another planet, which is why they fail.
He also points to a few companies who have not stopped innovating during this recession.

"Want to know how to innovate and succeed in a horrible downturn. Look to Apple, Amazon, Flip (just bought by Cisco), and ZipCar for lessons."
